6. DUTIES OF ALL PARTIES

6.1. User Responsibilities:

8. ORDER OF PERMISSIBLE CONFLICT SITUATIONS

8.1. Before resorting to a judicial body, it is advisable to attempt to resolve the dispute voluntarily through compromise, satisfactory to all parties involved.

8.2. The party receiving a claim is obligated to respond within a month regarding the results of the claim's consideration and the possibilities of conflict resolution.

8.3. In the absence of consensus, the dispute is then referred to court in accordance with Ukrainian legislation.

8.4. Relations between parties are governed by current laws and regulations of Ukraine.

9. SUPPLEMENTARY TO THE MAIN CONDITIONS
