Rules of provision of services
The provisions regarding service provision established for clients by the travel agency "GlamourTravel" (hereinafter referred to as the Agency) are outlined in the "Service Provision Rules" section (hereinafter referred to as the Rules).
By purchasing services from the Agency, you confirm that you accept these Rules without reservation and undertake to comply with them.
1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1 In its activities, the Travel Agency is governed by the Law of Ukraine "On Tourism" No. 324/95 BP dated 15.09.1995, the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" No. 2297-VI dated 01.06.2010, the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Commerce," EU Regulation 2016/679 dated 27.04.2016, as well as other state and international regulatory acts regulating relations in the field of tourism, agreements with partners, these Rules, as well as internal regulations.
1.2 The Travel Agency reserves the right to change these Rules at any time without prior notice.
2. Booking
2.1 Booking Procedure
2.1.1 The booking procedure is determined by the service provider.
2.1.2 The travel agency recommends carefully reviewing the contract for tourist services that you enter into when booking.
2.1.3 In all cases not governed by the contract and current legislation, the service provider has the right to make final decisions at their discretion. While the travel agency always advocates for the tourist, its influence over the service provider is limited.
2.2 Service Selection
2.2.1 The travel agency always aims to provide you with complete and accurate information about each service.
2.2.2 For each service, we provide basic information, including the main product characteristics (such as hotel name, date and time of departure, flight number, etc.). If you have specific inquiries, you should address them directly to your manager. Answers to your key questions should be documented in written or electronic form.
2.2.3 In all cases, you will only be provided with services explicitly stated in official documents (e.g., contract, voucher confirmation, ticket, insurance policy, etc.). Note that services formulated as "subject to availability, we will try" or similar are not obligatory. However, we commit to making every effort to increase the likelihood of fulfilling your request.
2.3 Cost, Payment, and Payment Methods
2.3.1 The travel agency maintains a transparent pricing policy.
2.3.2 The travel agency sells all tours at tour operator prices, and other services come with a service fee as indicated on the website https://glamortarvel.com.ua.
2.3.3 All services you book independently on the website using specialized service search systems are not subject to a service fee.
2.3.4 Due to extreme dynamics, prices for tourist services are only valid at the time of announcement/publication. Always verify the current price before booking.
2.3.5 According to current Ukrainian legislation, the travel agency accepts payment for services in hryvnia.
2.3.6 Due to currency exchange rate fluctuations, the final service cost may differ from the initial one. Always inquire about the payment procedure from your manager before booking.
2.4 Prepayment
2.4.1 The presence or absence of a prepayment, as well as its amount, are determined for each individual case. In the vast majority of cases, the travel agency adheres to the requirements of partners who are providers of specific services. The amount of the prepayment should be clarified with your manager before booking.
2.4.2 The travel agency does not make bookings without a prepayment in cases where it is required.
2.5 Data Accuracy
2.5.1 The travel agency makes bookings after you provide all necessary data. You are responsible for the accuracy of the provided information. Data should be provided in written or electronic form.
2.5.2 Note that after receiving a booking request, changes to tour/service details can only be made according to the terms of the tour operator/hotel/airline and typically entail penalty sanctions.
2.6 Cancellation and Booking Changes
2.6.1 Cancellation terms initiated by you vary in each specific case. You should always clarify cancellation and booking change terms before booking.
3. SUPPORT DURING YOUR TOUR / TRIP
3.1 The travel agency will provide you with maximum support during your tour / trip. If necessary, you can contact the travel agency for consultation.
3.2 You agree that the travel agency is not responsible for the quality of services provided and may only provide consultative support.
4. Promotions and Bonuses
The travel agency reserves the right to introduce, modify, and cancel any promotions and incentive programs. The travel agency shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses or missed benefits resulting from such actions.
5. CERTIFICATES AND LOYALTY PROGRAM
5.1 Any gift certificates, gift cards, etc. are the property of the travel agency.

6. RESPONSIBILITIES OF PARTIES
6.1 The travel agency is responsible to tourists to the extent established by legislation and agreements with service providers.
6.2 The responsibility for providing tourist services lies entirely with the service provider (tour operator, airline, hotel, cruise company, etc.).
6.3 The travel agency is not liable for any actions or inactions of the service provider, for non-provision or inadequate quality of the services provided.
6.4 In case of any claims, you should address them directly to the service provider. The travel agency will provide you with maximum assistance.
6.5 The travel agency never assumes responsibility under any circumstances for the actions of border services, government agencies of any countries, road conditions, or weather.
